This maintenance window is to upgrade our hosted Pulsar Clusters to 3.0.4.6/3.2.2.7 (depending on your release channel), a necessary step to enhance our service capabilities. This activity DOES NOT impact any BYOC customers.

Expected Impact: During this period, you may observe connection restarts due to the restarting of Pulsar brokers, bookies, and ZooKeeper nodes. This may result in temporary disruptions, such as producer and consumer connections being briefly disconnected. However, they should recover and reconnect shortly after.
We understand that maintaining the stability and reliability of your operations is crucial. Therefore, we have carefully planned this maintenance to minimize the impact on your services. Our team will be diligently working to ensure the process is smooth and efficient.

What You Might Experience:
Temporary message delivery disruptions and short disconnections with automatic reconnection attempts.

Recommendations:
Please ensure that your systems are configured to automatically reconnect after brief network interruptions. It might be advisable to avoid scheduling critical tasks during this maintenance window. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we continue to improve our services. If you have any concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.

Thank you for your continued trust in our services.
Best regards,
StreamNative Team
